The Hidden Causes Of Infertility
and the Simple Grocery Store Solution
Like you, Sophia Loren longed for
a baby. The beautiful movie star, with the world at her feet, could
not get the one thing she wanted most: a cherished son or daughter.
After dozens of tests and years of heartbreak, her doctors finally
discovered she was toxic with copper. After the physicians corrected
her copper imbalance, she conceived immediately.
If you've been unable to get pregnant and your doctor can't tell
you why, since all the plumbing works, chances are, you, your partner,
or both of you have a biochemical imbalance. Specifically, unless
three distinct trace elements -- copper, calcium and zinc -- are
stored in your body in the proper amounts, it is biochemically impossible
for a woman to conceive or carry a baby to term or for a man to impregnate
her.
Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Guacamole. Chocolate cake. Green
Grapes. Salmon steaks. Lobster tails. Believe it or not, eating these
foods could be the cause of your problem!
Fortunately, the solution is as near as your grocery store. You don't
have to take potentially harmful drugs or gulp down tasteless powders
to return to equilibrium. Instead, a specially designed eating plan
using fresh food from the grocery store can bring your biochemistry
back into balance naturally. Then, and only then, is conception possible.
The results can be swift. Quite a few of my clients became pregnant
in 90 days after their biochemistries returned to equilibrium.
How long it takes to get into the magic zone depends on the
depth of your toxicities or deficiencies.
This Special Report is designed to be a biochemistry primer to help
you understand the inner workings of you body. Knowledge is power.
Ace the final exam and you could be elbow deep in diapers in no time.
Copper: The #1 Villain
In my opinion, copper imbalances are the major cause of unexplained
infertility. Copper works it's evil in a number of ways.
- First, the brain, as your body's command central, controls
fertility in both men and woman. Neuro transmitters in the brain
require appropriate amounts of copper to function properly. Too
much copper can cause these transmitters to malfunction. One
unhappy result of their misfiring: fertility problems.
- Second, the copper/zinc ratio regulates ovulation. If the copper
component far outweighs the zinc component -- which is becoming
increasingly common in american females -- a woman's fertility
is compromised.
- Third, excessive amounts of copper relative to zinc can cause
tumors and cysts to grow in the body. If the excessive amount
becomes toxic, the copper can cause cancer. If these fiberous
tissue growths appear in the uterus, fallopian tubes or ovaries,
it becomes hard to conceive.
If a woman has managed to become pregnant with a high copper level,
her baby could be in danger. Excessive copper in the mother can adversely
affect the baby's brain development. Subtle birth defects may occur.
These children also tend to suffer from learning disabilities.
Copper Toxicity
How did American women become so toxic with copper? The trend started
in the 1960s when birth control pills became widely used. Copper
is a primary component of the Pill since copper helps control the
ovulation cycle. Most IUDs are made of copper, too. Today, the daughters
of these mothers are dutifully taking their birth control pills every
morning, thus magnifying the problem.
Until plastic pipes became cost effective, builders routinely put
copper pipes in homes and offices. Copper can easily leach into the
drinking water as the pipes age.
Do you like to swim? If you spend any significant amount of time
in a swimming pool, the water may be the cause of your copper toxicity.
Copper is the most effective way to kill algae in swimming pools.
Dumping algaecide in the pool raises the water's copper levels enough
so that the trace element can enter into your skin.
Finally, your diet might be the reason. Unfortunately, some of the
best foods on the planet are high in copper in relation to zinc.
It's possible you've been poisoning yourself and didn't know it.
It's best to avoid these foods until after your pregnancy:
- Almonds
- Avocado
- Bakers Yeast
- Bran Flakes
- Brazil Nuts
- Chocolate
- Crab
- Grapes
- Haddock
- Herring
- Liver
- Lobster
- Mushrooms
- Peanut Butter
- Pecans
- Sesame Seeds
- Shrimp
- Sunflower Seeds
- Trout
- Walnuts
How do you know if you're toxic with copper? Brown spots on the face
are a good sign. This means the liver has filtered out so much copper
it is depositing the excess amounts in the skin. If your nipples
turn from pink to brown, it's another sign of copper poisoning. A
Tissue Mineral Analysis is a good way to know for sure.

Too Much Calcium Can Cause Miscarriages
Both calcium and copper regulate the thyroid and the adrenal glands.
I call these the high energy glands. When they're working properly,
your body is pumping. Metabolism is speedy, energy is high and fertility
-- well, eat your heart out, gerbils.
Unfortunately, too much calcium, too much copper or a combination
of both will suppress these two vital glands. Low thyroid and adrenal
function can cause infertility in itself. If the woman is lucky enough
to get pregnant under these conditions, she will have difficulty
carrying the baby to term. She just doesn't have the energy to go
through the stress of growing a child.
How do you become toxic with calcium? Typically, it is the result
of too much sugar in the diet. Americans raised on Cokes (even diet
Cokes) are becoming more and more insulin resistant.
The pancreas secrets insulin, a hormone, whenever you eat. When the
food is digested and enters the bloodstream -- in the form of a sugar
called glucose -- the insulin is instrumental in transferring it
from there to the cells, including muscle tissues which convert the
sugar into energy. If a person is insulin resistant, the cells resist
the hormone's efforts and won't let the sugars in. So the pancreas
has to work overtime and secrete more insulin to do the job.
People who are insulin resistant dramatically over secrete the hormone
when they eat simple carbohydrates such as the sugars found in cakes,
candies, ice cream, alcohol and sodas.
Why is too much insulin a problem? Because, among other things, it
causes the body to rob calcium from your bones, where it is needed,
and deposit it in the soft tissues. Too much calcium in the soft
tissues not only causes osteoporosis in the bones but also lowers
thyroid and adrenal output. This is a bad scenario for hopeful parents
to be.
You can also become toxic with calcium by ingesting too many calcium
rich foods. These include:
- Bok Choy
- Broccoli
- Cabbage
- Collard Greens
- Cole Slaw
- Dairy Products: Milk, Cheese and Yogurt
- Mushrooms
- Salmon
- Sardines
- Tofu
I know salmon served with fresh broccoli au gratin and a Caesar salad
sounds divine. But this may be the worst possible meal to eat if
pregnancy is your goal.

Why Men Need Zinc Men
have their own biochemical problems. Typically, men are short on
zinc.
Zinc is the controlling element for male sexuality because it regulates
testosterone levels. Testosterone levels dictate a man's (and woman's)
sexual appetite, his physical stamina and his sperm count. Low zinc
levels also affect the sperm's motility or ability to swim against
the current. Normal zinc levels improve all of these.
The old wives tales about oysters being a great aphrodisiac are scientifically
correct. Oysters are loaded with zinc. They are great for men wanting
to make babies. Other foods high in zinc are:
- Beef (lean)
- Crab
- Eggs
- Sunflower Seeds
- Trout
- Wheat Bran
In this case, men have it easier than women. Deficiencies are easy
to fix because you can simply eat more of the necessary foods and
take the necessary supplements. Toxicities are tougher. The calcium
and copper are lodged in every cell in the body. Typically, they
take their sweet time precipitating out. It may take a year to effectively
deal with an extreme toxicity. However, eating the right foods can
naturally speed that process. Once again, a TMA will help
you speed the process.
The TMA
A Tissue Mineral Analysis is a scientific test
that accurately measures your biochemistry. It is an Owner's Manual
to your body and includes a road map that leads you back to health
and fertility. This report contains the first page of my TMA which
graphically pinpoints my calcium toxicity.
In addition to outlining my problem, the TMA includes a six page
eating plan whose sole goal is to help me return to equilibrium.
It also lists the vitamins I need to take, the correct dosage for
each supplement and the time of day when I need to take them to be
most effective. People tell me they take vitamins. How do they know
what to take? After reading my TMA, I had to say sayonara to my multivitamin
tablet, which contained things like Vitamin A which made my calcium
problem worse. Yes, taking the wrong vitamins can prolong your infertility
in many cases.
How does a tissue test differ from a blood test? Both TMAs and laboratory
blood tests can pinpoint any deficiencies or toxicities in your body.
However, the bloodstream's main purpose is to deliver nutrients to
the body's most vital organ, the brain. Your blood will rob nutrients
from the soft tissues if the body is experiencing a deficiency just
to keep its chemistry perfect to nourish your brain. If you are toxic,
the blood will deposit the excess in the soft tissues. I'm toxic
with calcium. Sand dunes of calcium showed up on a routine mammogram
in my case.
This is why tissue is a better bellwether for biochemical inconsistencies
than blood. The roof of the mouth is the most accurate tissue in
the body for a TMA test. However, the federally licensed clinical
laboratory requires two tablespoons of tissue to perform a TMA. Hair
is second. I like to use hair because it's much less painful to sample!
But you can select the tissue you'd like!
We have easy to use TMA kits. If you would like a
